Project Managers

Responsible and accountable for the delivery of high and low voltage electrical maintenance and construction projects on private networks, ensuring a high level of customer service and keeping in accordance with HSE legislation and safe working practices. To provide professional/technical direction and input to designated projects and playing a pivotal role in delivering specialist projects. You will be responsible for managing our Customers in terms of communication, relationship, variations, progress reporting and technical advice ensuring our Customer is delighted in everything we do. You will take ownership of and proactively seek resolution of all issues associated with work on the Customer’s distribution network including optioneering, discussions and negotiations with the Customer.

Design Engineers

Responsible for ensuring all customers are provided with consistently excellent service for HV/LV construction and new connections (ICP), meeting all relevant policies and standards. You will need to be results focused to help ensure that exceptional customer service is converted into accepted quotations and ensure designs are meeting the define scope and required standards.

Business Development

As a Business Development Manager you will enjoy contacting prospects, spotting opportunities to add value, developing compelling proposals and closing deals to secure new business and drive growth. Working for an established construction specialist you will be confident selling products in a B2B environment and just as familiar with prospecting over the phone and online as well as in face-to-face meetings. You will thrive on taking control of your sales pipeline, working with internal product specialists, manufacturers & suppliers, thinking strategically about how we can improve customers businesses by reducing costs and increasing efficiency, maximising sales revenues and profitability.
